1. PREAMBLE

These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") define the conditions under which Strongarm Hospitality allows its customers (the "Customer") to access and use the services available on our website, including reservation services for our Venues (collectively, the "Services").

The Customer is invited to read these Terms carefully before making any reservation. Acceptance of these Terms is required before any Service can be booked.

Strongarm Hospitality reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Customers will be bound by the version of the Terms in force at the time their reservation is made.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing
All prices relating to reservations are displayed clearly before, during, and after the booking process. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Minimum spend requirements, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment
Where a reservation requires payment or a card guarantee, the Customer will be asked to provide their payment details via a secure encrypted payment page. Strongarm Hospitality uses trusted third-party payment processors to handle all online payments securely. Payment cards are verified at the time of booking and may be declined for reasons including invalid card details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions. In such cases, the Customer should contact their bank and re-attempt the booking.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. This list may be subject to change.

4.3 Card Guarantee
For certain reservations, a credit or debit card may be required as a guarantee. In such cases, the Customer's card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a no-show or late cancellation charge applies in accordance with the Special Conditions.

4.4 No-Show Policy
In the event that a Customer fails to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior cancellation (a "no-show"), Strongarm Hospitality reserves the right to charge the card provided at the time of booking for a no-show fee in accordance with the relevant Special Conditions. The amount will be communicated to the Customer at the time of booking.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

Submission of payment details and acceptance of these Terms by electronic means constitutes a binding electronic agreement between the Customer and Strongarm Hospitality in respect of the relevant reservation.

These Terms, together with any applicable Special Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the Services. No other conditions communicated by the Customer shall be incorporated.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any applicable Special Conditions, the Special Conditions shall take precedence in respect of the specific obligation concerned.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language in the event of any dispute or inconsistency arising from any translation.

Strongarm Hospitality reserves the right to assign these Terms and any rights or obligations under them to any third party without the prior written consent of the Customer. The Customer may not assign these Terms or any associated rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

========================================

12. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales.
